Faceless means the default path carries device- and system-level signals, not names, emails, passwords, or behavioral profiles tied to individuals.

Personal identifiers are removed or never collected at the edge where possible. When your program requires linkage, it happens downstream with explicit controls, auditing, and data minimization—not as an implicit side effect of every reading.

The result is a smaller regulatory scope for many telemetry programs, cleaner training corpora for models that should not memorize PII, and a simpler story for security teams evaluating breach impact.
